The different kinds of life on Earth and everything else in the universe are manifestations of energy. This is the ultimate goal of all living things and the foundation of all non-living things. It is entirely fitting that ordinary mortals participate in Shakti worship as they see fit, with Maa Vaishno Devi in Trikut Parvati being one of the most well-known sites of devotion.
